EDWARD P. KHO

Strength and Conditioning Coach Edward P. Kho provides personalized conditioning coaching and periodized training programs with the goal to “help as many people as possible (re-) acquire a functional active lifestyle that will fit their chosen career.” A distance runner, Edward has run three full marathons (Milo Marathon, Quezon City International Marathon, Philippine International Marathon) and six half-marathons in 2009. He also finished 3rd place overall in Ayala Mall’s Eco Dash 21km race event.
Edward is also into events management as an Events Consultant for Project Management and Direction with Crush Communications. Prior to this, he was Crush Communication’s Business Development and Sports Marketing Manager where he directed sports events and programs of corporate clients and partners (Skate Asia 2007 Ice Skating Championships, McDonald’s Soccer Mania, and Toby’s Sports Feast).
From 1995-2005, he was Events and PR Consultant with the National Sports Associations (NSA). Events he organized include: 1996 WBC Featherweight Boxing Championship (Luisito Espinosa v. Cesar Soto), 1995 ABC Junior Basketball Championship and 1995 ABC Men’s, Champions’ Cup (Basketball Association of the Philippines), 1995 Asian Cycling Championships (Philippine Amateur Cycling Association), 1995 Asian Women’s Softball Championship (Amateur Softball Association Philippines), 1995 SEAGCon Gymnastics Championships (Gymnastics Association of the Philippines, and the 1995 and 1997 Philippine National Games (Philippine Sports Commission).
Edward is currently completing his MS Human Movement Science at the University of the Philippines. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communication from the University of the Philippines.
